“The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood, about 10 minutes from the beach. It is very comfortable. We loved the screened porch. The place could be better equipped, especially for longer term guests, ie towels and linens, baking pans, larger serving bowl, pizza cutter etc. it was nice to have the Keurig for single cups. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. ”

This condo is conveniently located in Clearwater Florida at the “Avalon At Clearwater” property. It was very conveniently located to many area restaurants, Publix Markets and shopping plazas. It is only a quick 13-16 minuet drive across the bridge, and causeway to Clearwater Beach. Also St. Petersburg, Dunedin, Safety Harbor, and Tampa, are all with in a short……

“This place is a dump. Had bugs in the room. Was told room was ready arrived at 3:20pm and the cleaning lady was still there. Then we had 4 towels for 4 people for a stay of 4 nights. Was told our room had everything we needed and front desk would not get us more towels because they said the owner is supposed to provide everything. Had 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 nights. Was duped on this property and will not return.”

“The bedroom and bathroom updated and very nice. The kitchen was adequate but limited in dishes, glass wear, silverware and countertops! No basic spices, limited cooking utensils or basic cleaning supplies. Furnishings were sparse but adequate. The staff and the little market in the office were outstanding!! The view from our unit was great!! ”

“Was as pictured though I didn't realize there was a full bedroom and pull out couch in the living room. Ideal for our stay. Lots of traffic sounds as the condo is on the bridge end but we didn't mind. We were there for family events in the area and I would definitely book again!”

“It was small and could use a living room coffee table or a small dining table. The listing noted a laundry, but we did not find out in the building. Otherwise, it was good for us, and I can safely say that if we return again next March, we would seek it out again if available! Three stories up and no elevator, so if you are older or disabled you might think again!”

“We were very pleased with this very comfortable and pleasant property. It is extremely clean, feels freshly decorated, a nice decor with a Florida feel. Beds are comfortable, linens and towels in good condition. The kitchen is very well appointed with nice dishes, utensils, extensive cookware, and a variety of drinking glasses. I spoke with Guest Contact Stephanie twice with minor questions, and she was friendly and answered my questions. Location in Blind Pass area was very convenient to all……

“The condo was nice and clean. Much of the exterior of the complex is under renovation and messy. The place is not gated as fencing is temporary and entry gate is not working. The condo door does not have a deadbolt that you can lock from the inside only the automatic code lock. I would have felt a bit safer if there was an additional deadbolt lock. Not a fan of the communication with my host through vbro. ”
