"Here is my honest opinion. We had issues with our stay due to the room being broken a little bit but as someone who works in hotels I don't think they deserve a bad rating. I forgot to get names of the front desk people but thank you to the guy who checked into our room early, literally made our life so much easier and the night audit guy. He Definity has some customer service skills, appreciate them! As well as i would like to point out their pool. It turned out by the end of the night we were there alone not we were not disturbed; it was so much fun!"

"First- getting into the hotel —- you are literally getting out of the car in the middle of road! There is no unloading spot. You are literally risking your life & more so if you have luggage & other people you are traveling with. Or pay for parking- even if you arent parking there. This is what we decided what the best of the worse options. (Its my Husband, myself & my 70+ year old parents- they dont get out of cars quickly!) How this was approved or seen as an acceptable SAFE or business practice—- I would be interested to understand the justification. The rooms were good. Seemed kinda dark/ shadow’ie. the showers had AMAZING water pressure! The $11 breakfast buffet was pretty good actually. Good variety. Chicken sausages, 2 different types of egg bites, fruit, yogurt, cereal & a few other items. Etc- juice, tea, coffee & milk & oat milk!! The airport shuttle was really prompt & efficient. We planned for extra time & it worked out wonderfully. The shuttle pick up/ drop off spot at the hotel is in a safe designated area. "

"The rooms were clean and were very comfortable. The best part of this hotel is the staff. They were outstanding. Everyone I met was friendly and very helpful. I also ate at the restaurant at the top of the hotel, West. The bartender, Jay was wonderful. We talked while I ate at the bar. Definitely say hi and eat some great food."

"The hotel location was good. Charging a huge amount plus tax for parking for one night is criminal. Absolutely obscene. And then a "resort fee" on top of that! For what? This is a hotel, not a resort by anyone's definition. This is pure price gouging. Sorry, but you asked for feedback and this is ours."
