“This property was immaculately clean, comfortable and convenient. Off street parking was a bonus. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need. The neighborhood was quiet and I felt safe. I would definitely stay here again.”

It’s spacious with lots of nice touches (thanks for the yoga mat) and it really is as nice as the photos suggest. A self contained flat on the downstairs of a large property containing the owners upstairs and tenants in another part of house. “We rented this unit to have a small vacation with my parents. The apartment was incredibly clean, and the check-in process was simple. The location was really convenient - walking distance to the T, or a $30 Uber into the city. Would stay here again.”

“The space was very large, clean and well stocked. We had a great time with our five grown children. There were beds enough for a few more. It is a 50 min ride from the airport on the T and 20-30 to the Commons, so when we were gone for the day, there was no returning for naps. Otherwise, very pleasant. Kevin was very responsive and allowed us an earlier check in.”

“Jenny’s VRBO was great for a large group. She did ask us to turn down the volume of our group later in the evening, which was fine! The space was clean and had everything we needed. The ice machine on the freezer was not working, but we were fine to just go buy ice. I’d stay again!”

The listing also indicates a few things that were not available, including a new treadmill in the basement (there was no visible access or directions to the basement). The listing also indicated a washer/dryer, which was not included in the unit, and pantry items were minimal - nothing was provided beyond coffee mate. The space and……

“Excellent room condition. Excellent location. I stay there for 7 nights. Very cozy’s and convenient. However, I barely got the response for my request for housekeeping. The mail of customer service isn’t to serve customers, but for the administration announcing room inspection or filter changing. I wrote several messages and got no response at all.”
