“My wife and I stayed at the property for 3 nights for a little honeymoon. I messaged to ask the property to let them know we had just been married and asked if they could recommend any nearby activities twice… I was ignored and they didn’t even mention it when we were there. The staff were nice and the room was reasonably clean but unfortunately there were a lot of issues. We could not use data from our room as we had no signal and the wifi in the room would drop every few minutes so streaming……

“Generally the rooms are to a high standard. The breakfasts are excellent, and the staff really friendly. Easy car parking. Only quibble is that we tried to book another 2 day stay, the system didn’t allow this - wanted 3 or more: this may vary with time of year.”

“I wish I have chance to visit the hotel but I didn't due to booking mistake. The Hotels.com and hotel staff are helping me for the cancellation refund and I hope to have further progress since there is not much new so far.”

“The room was clean and very compact, it lacked appeal but had most of the amenities you would want at this price. There is no interaction with staff at all as self check in, the heating wasn’t on although the radiator in the hall was hot, one curtain hardly covered the window, my room,2, was at the front of the property so people leaving the pub were talking loudly at 11.30/12pm and then again at 1am which woke me up, the shower was good, the wash basin so tiny you couldn’t get the tiny kettle……
