"Clean room ,comfy bed, Had to wait for pancakes thought 20mins was probably a bit to long, lovely staff all round "

"Everything the staff on were so helpful, had a problem with the first ev changing bay but thankfully there was a spare, what’s annoying is people parking that clearly do not charge their car or have petrol park there because it’s closer to the hotel very frustrating, otherwise was perfect stay"

"The hotel was very nice . A lovely welcome with the staff . The room was perfect , spotless and everything you needed for the stay in the room . The Resteruant was lovely the food was exceptional in the evening and fantastic breakfast the following morning . The hotel was outside and inside very clean , the grounds are very pretty ."

"Everything was excellent from start to finish can’t fault the Leonardo hotel Chester.Also it smelt amazing as soon as you walked in."

"Room was beautiful and spotless(room 3 four poster suite). Staff were superb, the pub is so cozy and welcoming! We will definitely be returning next time we visit Chester. We normally stay at the Grosvenor and I can honestly say that the Pied Bull is 10 times better. Loved it! Thanks"
