“We chose this location by proximity to the lake. It was clean and well appointed and did not disappoint (other than we didn’t catch any fish). Home was well stocked with necessity item including cookware which was important for us as we cooked our own meals. It also had dishwasher and detergent along with washer and dryer and laundry soap. It was a quiet peaceful location and I would definitely stay there again!”

“I rented the Cabin to have some solitude, peace and quiet. It was all of that. The cabin is clean, quaint, beautiful, and set up really nice. The view of the lake from the Cabin and front porch is spectacular. You have all need for cooking and place settings. I would make one suggestion, is to place a microwave if possible? I hiked the Skyline trail on the Cabot Trail, it was amazing. I saw a huge Rabbit on the lawn one evening. I videoed two amazing birds on the Post that holds the flag. On a……

“Beautiful property and grounds. We arrived near the end of season and after a heavy rain so the golf course wasn't opened. The meals were great and the staff more than friendly and helpful. Would stay there again.”

“Well equipped trailer with a beautiful view. We did on the whole enjoy staying at the property. It is quite a remote property which was a little nerve wracking at first as our signal was limited but the setting is worth it. Only about 20 mins to St Peters. Our main feedback was just around the compost toilet, whilst eco efficient, it does have a smell and this smell progressively got worse with more use. “The house is on a small cove with beautiful views of the cove and ocean. The porch is delightful in the morning or evening. Quiet area, the road in dead-ends just past the house. Nice walk along the road or on the beach areas. Bob, the owner, was helpful in offering suggestions on local festivals and restaurants. A number of nice hikes on the neighboring Isle Madame. We had a wonderful time!”

“We stayed for 5 days at the end of July. The house was clean and maintained. Wifi worked well, there was no tv but we didn’t miss it. The location was great, it was right across from the ocean and close to everything we needed. We spent lots of time walking around the water and spent the evenings sitting on the porch listening to the waves. The mosquitoes weren’t bad except for the day we were leaving.
