“I booked on the 3rd and 4th explained my working graveyard shift and would be there the following morning to check in around 6-9am. They confirmed through text message it was ok. Later that morning when I arriv3d they canceled my booking. I showed the communication through text and they still wouldn't honor it. I was told I couldn't stay or get a refund. I'm a disabled 100% vet with handicaps. Treated badly ciuld get in my room or get a refund so I could book another location.”
