"Cleantooms, wonderful staff who went above and beyond during our stay. Was pleased to have found a wonderful property. The hotel is being renovated currently but even the workers were kind and courteous to all guests. The front desk staff both day and night were incredibly helpful and we are grateful to have met such wonderful people ....thank you all. We will definitely be back for another stay."

"Location was perfect for getting to many different area of Nashville and surrounding areas with ease and The price couldn’t be beat, so those were two biggest perks. Employees were exceptionally friendly. Our room was clean and nice but felt empty. (Many times when they update older hotels I feel like that’s the case) We got the free breakfast two of the mornings, and it was nice - standard free breakfast buffet fare. My perhaps only complaint is that the bed was especially terrible. The body impressions/sunken areas were pretty deep and I woke up with back pain throughout every night. Overall 8-9 out of 10. It’s hard to fully recommend with crummy beds since that’s a key part of sleeping in a hotel."

"I will start by saying the staff were so kind, so attentive, and so helpful; but the facilities themselves were just okay. At arrival their system was down & we had to wait quite a while with the very apologetic front desk woman to check in. After a long day of travel that wasn’t great. 3 days later at checkout their systems were again down. Our room was decent size but we could hear every single footstep the people above us took. The bathrooms were a little yucky, with dust, hair, fluid splashes, & some mildew along the floors and tub. The kitchen was stocked well; the full size refrigerator was nice. The king bed was super soft & I thought it was comfy but my husband had a hard time with it. The location for us was ok, as we were visiting family in Franklin and doing the tourist stuff in Nashville. This is about half way between both of those. But Brentwood is a quiet town & this hotel is more like in an industrial business area with lots of extended stays & business lots surrounding it. We arrived about 10:30 on a Friday night and pretty much everything (except a Whataburger and a Taco Bell) was shut down; even the grocery stores. So if you’re looking for close-by night life this isn’t it. During the day it was nice having grocery stores close.The pool (which was drained/not open when we were there in April) & BBQ seemed a little run down. They had a pretty good breakfast offering in the morning which was appreciated. It was okay but probably wouldn’t stay again."

"First room Tv wasn’t working but front desk was nice enough to move us to a room with working TV both rooms smelled like urine.No phone to call front desk in the room. Breakfast was good and hot. Lots of police presence at hotel. Close to Walmart and target and various fast foods. Towels in room had makeup stains on them. Not worth the price of $90 a night in my opinion. "
