"I went to go get help with a reservation and the Jamaican lady was sitting at the front to actually SLEEPING. This was right before 11 a.m--still not sure what that was about. Then proceeded to be completely rude and mouthy throughout the entire situation. Afterwards, I immediately emailed management giving a detailed account of what happen. Still no response to this date. Save your money-go elsewhere."

"The hotel has recently been remodeled so everything is clean and new however, there were lightbulbs missing in the lights in our room and the refrigerator didn’t work. I feel like there should’ve been more QA/QC after the remodel was finished to make sure everything in the rooms worked. Also, there was a $10 charge for parking in their own parking lot! There was literally nowhere else to park so if you had a car you were paying $10 just to park there and it wasn’t gated so why are we paying for it?"

"The staff was very friendly. And the breakfast was probably one of the best continental ive had in awhile and I frequent a lot of hotels."

"The location was great, but the property itself is showing its age. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Not much interaction with staff except at check-in. We chose not to take advantage of the breakfast, but the dining area appeared clean and well stocked."
