We stayed 5 nights in Oct. '26 after spending 2 nights the prior Dec. First, the positives. The lobby is a great large space with comfortable seating and unlimited complementary coffee in the am & ice water 24/7. The rooftop bar was great, spacious and comfortable. Upon returning to the hotel after a night out we wanted an extra blanket and nobody was at the front desk. We waited for 10 minutes and went to our rooms. You would think that an extra would be on hand in the room closet, but there were no closets, or a dresser for that matter. Just a few lower shelves. A few weeks before we arrived we requested an ironing board and an iron. We called the day prior to check in to confirm this, but they were not in the room. All of the hotels we stay at have a lamp on each night table. Their was only one present. The side without the lamp had no outlets. We needed to call the front desk, were the woman didn't believe that there there was an extension cord we could have. She indicated that she needed to contact her manager. After 10 minutes on hold, a maintenance person came up with an extension cord. The next morning we needed to call the front desk since the in room safe was inoperable. Another maintenance person needed to come to our room reset the safe. Fortunately, the bathroom had 2 sinks, were the four faucet handles were loose. After the 4 night of our stay, one of the handles came off, leaving us with only one sink. The staff at the hotel were very pleasant

Room and amenities were great. The only thing that was unclear was the valet parking. The lot charged every time we went in and out. But then reimbursed us except the last time.
