"It maybe misunderstandings on our part but we didn't realize that the tents are in someone's backyard in a residential neighborhood. The night we arrived, it was rainy and cold. The tent leaked in several places, one was on the bed so it got soaked. The bathroom is outside with a small, tent material cover over the toilet so when you are sitting, the water drips over your head. I went to a hotel the next night while my boys stayed. There was an event going on on the property but it did not affect our stay at all. Coffee was available by the property owner which was nice.
