“Good”

“The staff were welcoming, kind, and super helpful when necessary. The room had a weird smell, the fridge didn’t work properly so the drinks I brought in didn’t stay cold, the toilet would run continually which was pretty annoying, and the fire pit wouldn’t come on when we tried to sit outside. On a positive note, the breakfast was pretty decent and had a couple options that I could enjoy, even with my limited dietary restrictions. Overall, a cute place but it needs some maintenance.”

“If you are coming from Little Rock, they will charge you a $250 deposit. I had stayed here before and was not charged this so I was shocked. This was not stated at all on Expedia. Expedia also has the check out time wrong. I contacted Expedia about this deposit since it was not stated at all when booking. They threw up their hands and I went through several reps that didn't even understand what I was talking about. This visit single-handedly made me never want to stay at this hotel again and……

“Staff was really great. I really cannot complain one bit about the ladies at the desk.Pool was just ok. It was kinda run down. Bedspread had dried boogers on it and there were dead bugs(not bedbugs) but water bugs and beetles behind the upholstered chair in the room. Clothing items behind some of the furniture left in the room from prior guest and it was just kinda filmy. Like the cleaning crew phoned it in. It was also very hot in the room. It is a safe place to stay the night for a decent……
