“Two nights ago, I stayed in 104 room. Before taking a shower, I saw a finger big insect with long legs on the towel……………………………………and all the towel feel like full of humidity! It’s a bit uncomfortable! ”

“My first time to Italy, arrived from cruise port. I have no idea about geographic location of either the port, the hotel or even Rome. Turn out it is about 20 min from the port and 45 min from Rome. Hotel staffs are friendly and arranged taxi transportation from the port to the hotel. Hotel is next to the beach with private deck for Sun bathing. We spent a few afternoon at the bar enjoying my drink and ocean breeze. A perfect place for relaxation. ”

“This is an easy one. Hands-down one of my best stays in an B&B. The host was absolutely the nicest guy I’ve dealt with. So accommodating so helpful. Helped me with my luggage and was not just nice, he was human and kind. It’s only a five minute walk away from the shops and beach. Cute little coffee shop across the street where you can get your breakfast that’s included and might I add the coffee is delicious and so are the pastries! I definitely recommend! Perfect stay!”

“Tuve problemas en mi traslado e iba a llegar en la madrugada lo único que recibí fueron mensajes de un cobro de 30 o 60 euros por llegada tardía y como no iba a haber transporte 30 mas para recogerme en el puerto de CIVITAVECCHIA. Lo único que esperaba era un poco de empatía y que entendieran mi situación no que solo estuvieran hablando de cobros adicionales. Al final el crucero llego a las 4 am y de ahí tuve que tomar el autobús y caminar un tanto para llegar a la terminal de trenes, llegue a……

“整體住宿體驗不錯。不過地毯顏色太淺色(米白色)對用家不方便。收費飲品很多，但無提供免費飲用水，且茶包只有壹包及壹包即冲咖啡(兩日計)；以四星酒店而言，不成比例。浴室淋浴間空間太小及漏水，使用不便。”

“Klein hotel op loopafstand van het strand. Na shuttle,geregeld door via hotel (13€) kwam ik na snelle check-in in een nette kamer.Schoon en prima kamer met goed bed,airco,kluis en goede wifi. Badkamer is schoon maar wel wat klein. Ontbijt is meer dan prima. Fijn hotel in Lido di Ostia”
