“Great stay. Everything was great the mattress was a little miserable. Next time we will come and bring a mattress pad. Staff was amazing and very attentive.”

“After checking in I parked and noticed cigarette butts in front of the doorway, maybe 7-10. I got in the room and pulled the comforter back to sit on the bed and immediately noticed that the sheets had not been changed. I pulled the top sheet back and there was a drop of bright red blood on the bottom sheet. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and there was no hand soap and there was an unknown spot on the hand towel. I went to the check in window which said “no refunds” and a woman came to……

“Was hoping for a ground floor room since I was traveling with my dog and I’m on oxygen. Instead I was on the third floor. I was close to the elevator so that was helpful. However I noticed I was the only person parked in the handicapped parking spaces. Not that means anything. How ever I also know many hotels reserve ground floor rooms for corporate accounts”
