"Room was adequate. Needed a second, comfortable chair. The bathroom however less desirable. Toilet was extremely low..not good for bad knees. Shower head was too high not feasible for short people. Couldn't turn on. Drain plug in tub wouldn't close easily. Breakfast was good."

"Great hotel, huge room, super comfortable bed, great restaurant/bar off lobby. Food and bartenders were awesome!"

"The entire facility was clean and well maintained. The designers thought of everything which made us feel we were on an actual steamboat. We will definitely stay here again."

"Hot water heater broke and checked in and couldn’t use or bathroom or facilites. AC in room did not work well at all, bed and furniture were of poor quality . Overall had a terrible corriente and had to check out early and change our plans. "

"Our room was nice and clean, well put together. However the bathroom amenities were pretty much none existent. There was 1 tiny bottle of shampoo and a tiny bar of soap. The shower towels that were left for us would most definitely never fit around a grown man. I’m tiny and it barely covered me. They also assured us that our $50.00 deposit for incidentals would be refunded when we checked out…still waiting! We’ve called them (and our bank) and still haven’t resolved the issue."
