"The property was not cleaned properly upon arrival. The dishes were dirty, the bedding appeared unwashed, and there was hair on the pillows. We also found rodent feces behind the furniture, which raised serious cleanliness and health concerns. Additionally, the BBQ grill advertised with the property was in poor condition, appeared unsanitary, and barely functioned. Overall, the condition of the rental did not match the expectations set by the listing."

"We checked in, the owner or manager at the desk was very friendly, we got to our room and floor in our room was kind of like tile but the pattern you can't really tell if the floor was clean, however I could see mop marks and it didn't feel clean so after swimming of course we tracked some water in, so I got a towel to dry the floor and of course you just throw the towel down, and clean up the water and it was so dirty on the towel .. I called Expedia and they said that someone at the front desk would help me. So I called the front desk at first it did not go well, I told her to come down and see for herself. She came in. At first she was not friendly about it. So, she said you want to change rooms OR do you want me to have someone clean it? I said just have somebody come in the morning cuz it was already 10:00 at night. The maid did show up after we left for a few hours the floor was very clean and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. The air conditioning works extremely well. One more note, the breakfast is continental."
