Check in was good and pleased with the room. What needs to improve is the breakfast and staff. Welcome staff hiding round the corner on phone. After asking did not tell us how breakfast worked. The rooms were lovely, clean and warm. The staff were friendly and helpful but it was not disable friendly, The stairs from the carpark to the hotel was too many and my mum struggled with them. The car park was also £10.30 and not 24 hours which meant you paid 3 times for 2 nights.
