Extremely loud AC - again just very old stuff. 2) Front desk didn't explain around the property 3) My keys stopped working at 5.30am while check out time was much later 4) Most importantly, no mention of they pack breakfast for early departures - I had called the previous night to ask about shuttle availability; they should have cared. Front-desk just didn't seem like they care. "

"Great staff, always willing to help. Very clean room and a very big variety for breakfast which was excellent. Parking is very safe and so much to do in the hotel, from restaurants, pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, gym, live piano player every night and more."

"The property is new and in great condition. Rooms are comfortable. Laundry, heated outdoor pool and gym are great…so was the breakfast. One complaint was the airport shuttle. We were told to be in the lobby 10 minutes before the hour and the shuttle would leave on the hour. After repeated inquiries to the front desk and security staff the shuttle arrived 15 minutes after the hour. As we were told to get to the airport 3 hours before an international flight this delayed almost caused us issues with catching our flight home. "
