“Mind-blowing“.
“Perfect is an understatement”!
Very quaint and modern at the same time. Smack in the center of the city. This hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. The staff (Martin, Rachel , Bridgette , Claudine) at the front desk were exceptionally friendly, EVERY single worker was polite and offered a warm smile.
I appreciated the complimentary perks like water bottles, soft lighting, free sodas/ wine in the room, beautiful throws, candles, plants, fluffy pillows and a view of Lionshead……

“We stayed in the hotel twice, with a brief trip to Safari in between (the hotel was happy to hold one bad in between which was much appreciated).
It's a very well located hotel, so close to some fantastic bars, coffee shops and restaurants (Rosetta Roastery, Nikkei & Clarkes particular local highlights for us). The rooftop bar and pool is a lovely spot to watch the sun go down.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful and we would happily return.”

我本来已经退完房了，回去拿行李等车时给我们喝下午茶，搬行李上车，很窝心告诉我们怎么走怎么去。
真的是用心在经营。
下次来南非开普敦，只会住着一家。唯一缺点是地点比较不好找，有uber就很方便了。”
