"The hotel was really lovely. Very spacious rooms. Staff were super helpful. Pools need heating at this time of year but after the initial shock they were ok once you were in and kept moving! Roof top bar was lovely. Really nice local Italian five mins walk away called Il Borgo. There was also a nice beach restaurant accesible out of the back of the hotel down a boardwalk but it closed at 6. Local beach also lovely. We had a lovely lunch there. Car not needed if you just want to stay at the hotel, otherwise we’d recommend one to explore the wider area."

"Everything about this hotel was amazing and truly deserving of 5 stars. The staff were exceptional, especially Zeynep on reception, who was so helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. The early check-in and late check-out were greatly appreciated, and the extra care and thoughtful touches shown to us for our wedding anniversary exceeded all our expectations. The hotel grounds are beautiful and wonderfully peaceful, providing the perfect setting for a relaxing break. The hotel is also just a short walk from a stunning beach. Our Junior Suite was huge, exceptionally comfortable and a pleasure to stay in. We had such a wonderful time and couldn't have asked for more. Thank you to the whole team for making our anniversary so special. We can't wait to return!"

"Very nice hotel , wonderful location the views from our room were spectacular,well located to spend your time exploring the area , we took in the one restaurant dinner and service were excellent , the breakfast buffet was good , our last morning the buffet was busy and our service was none existent , no coffee or even a request for any the half hour we ate. This should not happen at a luxury hotel. One evening the main lobby bar Azur was in disarray ,service was very poor. The food once received was very good. We advised them and their service recovery was much appreciated. If we are ever in that part of the world again we would definitely stay here. The positives outweighed our couple of negative interactions. There front concierge was outstanding a shout out to them"

"A pleasant hotel, but I was hoping for a little more given the reviews. The hotel is modern and has all the facilities you could want, including a swimming pool, gym and bar. Breakfast was good, and I would say above average overall. That said, I would recommend changing the brand of baked beans and sausages! The bar was also a nice place to relax, with plenty of TV screens if you enjoy watching sport. We didn’t try the restaurant, as there is so much choice in the local area. However, the hotel might benefit from offering guests an incentive to dine there. I believe the themed buffet costs around €35 per person. For me, the main downside, and the reason I wouldn’t give five stars, was the lack of sunshine. Our room was at the back of the hotel, meaning our balcony was always in the shade. In October, this made it quite cold, and we would have appreciated being offered a room with a sunnier aspect. The pool area was another disappointment in this respect, as it remains in the shade for much of the day. By around 1.30 pm, there was hardly any sunshine left around the pool. A big plus, though, is the beautiful beach directly opposite the hotel, where sunbeds were available for just €6 for the day. Overall, we had a nice stay and enjoyed ourselves. With a few improvements, particularly around room allocation and making the most of the sunshine, the hotel could offer an even better experience. Thank you for a pleasant stay!"
