“This was our 2nd time there. Location is great! But did find the hotel to be runner down a little. The bathroom had mold which affected my son’s allergy and we had to get moved. It wasn’t the 4 star feel we were anticipating. The main restaurant is no longer at La carte daily and it’s a Buffett. We ate there on our 1st night and the options were very limited and we ended up eating pasta and fries which were not great for 25 euro per person! Should have ordered Uber Eats!”

“Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. Food (not so hot) and ambiance are totally canteen-like. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit……

“Really classy and calm, a resort for people who dont want the hustle and bustle of all inclusives. Excellent food, healthy and plenty of choice for vegetarians too. Love the proximity to the beach. We stayed in a 3 bedroom suite and the living area and kitchen were so useful. Highly recommend, we will definitely come back. Our group consisted of my parents in their 70's and my teenage children.”

“Washing machine but no clothes horse! Cleaners were slap dash and didn’t speak the basics! Didn’t understand the word towel! Towels and bedding need to be updated they were tired. Gang of boys creating noise at 4am every morning. On a positive note the apartment was lovely and suitable for me as a wheelchair user. Very good location and the reception staff were lovely and friendly and very helpful. Will book again. Please sort clothes horse / drying rack”

“It’s not really a 4 star hotel, room and amenities not reach standard. Not much offer other than the pool. Breakfast just standard and it’s very inconvenience without a car. Front desk is not friendly and provide information. The positive is room with large balcony and close the small beach. It’s not worth for stay”

“We had the best time visiting - it was great to just sit by the pool and head down to the beach when we fancied it. The restaurant prices were expensive but ultimately for the convenience it was okay. We would come back again!”

“Overall, our stay was decent, but there were some disappointing aspects. We unfortunately saw a cockroach twice near the indoor pool area, which was concerning and affected our overall impression of the hotel. The general cleanliness also did not meet our expectations. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. “Very nice hotel 5 min walk into albufeira square, bit of a steep hill to get back but not too bad. Staff extremely helpful when I moved from the first hotel I'd booked (it was awful) Room very clean, shower good although I prefer a cubicle it was ok over the narrow bath. Air-conditioning very good. Breakfast continental but good.”
