This freshly remodeled historic building features 9-foot ceilings and includes a full kitchen. Enjoy the convenience of a private outdoor entrance and a free-to-use washer and dryer (please bring your own detergent).
Located within walking distance to Vivint Arena (home to NBA events and concerts), The Depot, The Union, Salt Palace, Temple Square, The Gateway, and more! No car is needed; you can take the TRAX light rail from the airport to the North Temple Bridge Stop, which is just a 0.2-mile walk from your front door.
**Accommodation Details:**
- Bedroom: Includes a desk, TV, queen bed, and full bed. This small unit sleeps up to 4 people.
- Common area/kitchen: Features a single sofa sleeper pullout.

The condo has a smart lock for self-check-in at any hour.
