No carpet - All floors are laminate and tile - Area rugs have been removed and Blackout curtains added to bedrooms.

Please Note: there is no daily cleaning service.
Stays of 30 or more days, house cleaning is mandatory every 28 days. Housekeeper will wash sheets, towels, bathrooms, for an added charge of $100.00 per cleaning.
Added services: Sweep, Mop and Clean the kitchen is USD135.00 total per cleaning.
