“I booked this hotel because Expedia stated that cats were allowed. At check-in, however, I was told that cats were not permitted and that the hotel was not responsible for Expedia’s listing. I had already completed check-in before fully resolving the issue, so I understand that this may have limited my cancellation or refund options. However, I was still disappointed by how the situation was handled. I was told to contact the manager myself, and the front desk did not seem willing to help……
