I am certain that this unit has the best view of the bay where concerts and various activities take place. “Nice condo, clean. Host was awesome in being flexible about arrival/ departure times. Wish there had been an extra towel but we could wash & we brought our own extra toilet paper (which was needed with only 3 people staying). Location at middle bass is excellent with pretty view of lake and easy to get to PIB by ferry, rent gold cart to see all areas of middle bass, etc. ”

“The HOST (aka managing rental company needs to improve upon their communication. Per Vrbo confirmation, the access code was to be sent at Noon on day of arrival. Then HOST said it would be sent before check-in time was was 4pm. We did not get the code until 5:45PM and this was after alot of phone calls and help from island residents. It was off season for the island, last ferry off the Island was 6:30pm. We were cutting it very close if we were going to have to leave because we could not……

“This was a perfect place to spend a weekend in Sandusky. Very responsive hosts, property as expected, clean and well-stocked. In walking distance of anything you might want, and right on the bay. Beautiful view!”

“1 star because the places where very nice, but that’s it. We were switched 3 times 1 week before and twice the day of. due to over booking. Was promised a refund that I never received and a 50.00 gift card for dinner/drinks that I never received. Very bad experience ”
