100 yr old completely remodeled craftsman style studio in the heart of Orange County. Conveniently located near the burgeoning DTSA art and night life scene, only 6 miles from Disneyland, & a 20 min drive to some of the best beaches in the world. Enjoy the sprawling backyard that includes a relaxing hammock, a fire pit, & outdoor eating area. Inside you will find a fully equipped kitchen with top of the line stove & microwave, brand new heating & cooling unit, and fully renovated bathroom. Please note that this is a back unit and sits on property with a main front property.
