Very good value for the price
Staff was very friendly and the rooms are clean
It’s not a resort but if you want a nice place to stay while visiting the area I’d recommend this place
Very nice person working. Clean. Got the job done. There was a small window that had no curtain and we had light all night shining through on our faces. Besides that, very decent motel.
The room was very clean and attractive. The location of the property is seedy. Too many homeless up front by the street. The property is old and needs to be updated. No division between other properties and this one. Unattractive environment.
Check in was quick and smooth with friendly, helpful staff at every turn. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The shower had solid water pressure and temperature.
My only complaint is regarding the breakfast selection. The room is advertised to have a hot breakfast every morning, but unfortunately it was limited to all sweet breakfast items. They had waffles, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, sweet pastries, toast and bananas, which is a good start, but doesn't include anything that will put actual fuel into your tank, so to speak. I'm talkin' about: where's the eggs, sausage &/or bacon? Something savory or anything not sweet? Our last stay at a different Quality Inn had a bangin' breakfast with basically anything you can imagine and I suppose I expected something similar.
I liked the proximity to restaurants and the Broadway. I didn’t like the bathroom door rubbing against the floor that made closing the door difficult for me and impossible for my wife. We thought it was going to break the laminate off the door.
The office clerk said we should have switched rooms the night before. We would have if it wasn’t late and I wasn’t already too tired. He pacified my wife and said call Expedia. Expedia said call the hotel office.

TV stand was dusty. Room was pretty clean. Make a lot noise on second floor since I stayed on the fist floor.
It was nice to have the room cleaned and beds made the first night, but didn’t receive the same for the other three nights. We ate waffles, pastries, bananas, juice, and coffee. The one small window in room could have used a curtain to block out some light in the morning and night. It was a good for the price we paid on our budget.
This is the second time we’ve stayed here because it’s family friendly and not far from anything. The staff is always friendly and the hotel though on a busy street is quiet.
