A quick bike ride or drive to everything Santa Fe has to offer. Uber/Lyft are also readily available. The condo is a few minute walk to the closest bus stop and the Rail Runner train station (South Capitol stop) if a quick trip to Albuquerque is on the agenda.
PARKING: Parking is limited to 1 car unless otherwise approved prior to your stay. There is one space designated for this unit labeled 1344-A. Please ONLY park in this designated space. If you have a second approved car you may also use one of the 4 labeled visitor spaces. If you use a visitor space overnight, you will need to place a visitor pass on your dashboard. Visitor passes are on the desk in the entryway.
There is one dedicated parking spot for the unit. It is not suitable for large trucks or RV’s. There is limited visitor parking accessible with parking pass. Please inquire if traveling with more than one vehicle.
The stunning 3-storey layout means there are two sets of stairs in the home. Home is not equipped with gates or safety equipment for children.
The Pacheco Street Lofts complex is close to the Santa Fe Rail Runner train track which actively runs from 6am-9pm on weekdays and 10am-10pm on weekends. The horn doesn’t blow loudly, but you may hear the train occasionally, though this unit is well set back. Feedback from guests is that it's not unpleasant nor disruptive -- a far cry from a rattling subway or loud locomotive.
