“Grande chambre avec bureau au rez de chauds”

“Un petit hotel au calme sur les hauteurs de Guïmar, dans une ancienne ferme. La vue sur l'ocean et l'ile de la Grande Canarie au loin etait juste fantastique. Un seul bemol, les rues sont etroites, il est mieux d'avoir un petit vehicule. Les proprietaires cubains font aussi restaurant. Ils etaient en vacances pendant notre sejour et le restaurant etait fermé mais la carte semblait allechante. Nous avons adoré nos 5 nuits loin de la foule de touristes des grosses stations balneaires. Avec une……

“The property wasn't fit for purpose. ”

“The staff were very nice. The bathrooms weren’t fully functioning (cold water, plugged drain, no inner shower curtain and outer curtain covered in mold). Towels were clean but noticeably old and tattered. On the fourth floor without elevator access so don’t plan on bringing any large bags. No hand towels. Overall clean.”

“Mooie grote kamer en badkamer. Schoon En met erg groot bed. Het perdoneel was prima. Het hotel had een mooi overdekt zwembad. Een verrassings menu elke dag dat prima was klaargemaakt. Ontbijd was prima”

“Posto onesto e semplice. Se ti serve una camera doppia per 1/2 notti e' perfetto. Su Expedia ho trovato il prezzo più basso. La camera ha un letto comodo un appendiabiti artigianale e un tavolo pieghevole con una sedia. La finestra da sull'interno ma si può chiudere con la tenda per la privacy, ci sono due ragazze che lavorano facendo check in e pulendo le camere, onore a loro. I bagni maschili erano puliti ma serve qualche intervento di sostituzione o pulizia del telefono delle docce. Sul tetto……

“Hotel muy centrico con muchos bares y restaurantes a su alrededor el personal es especial ,cariñoso siempre estan para orientarte y ayudarle. Nivel de higiene y limpiesa my bueno.el servicio de desayuno no lo usamos. Si vas a tomar un crucero este es el mejor alojamiento.”

“This is an excellent, brand new hotel located in downtown Santa Cruz de Tenerife. It has an ultramodern feel, with conveniences I wish every hotel had, such as self check-in and a water bottle filling station outside the room. The location is ideal, especially for those planning to use the port (e.g., for a cruise) and TFS airport, since the bus station is only a 20 minute walk away. What makes this hotel a gem, though, is the amazing staff. Since it was a new hotel, they had some difficulties……

“There is so much to be impressed by at this hotel. When walking through the main entrance you are surrounded by Spanish culture. The breakfast has everything you would expect in a big hotel croissants, coffee, cereal, cheeses and meat etc. but in a beautiful Spanish room. There is a sitting room with piano, a small library with table. The room had lots of beautiful furnishings. The balcony had table and two chairs. Everything in the Expedia photos is what you will see.”

“Perfectly ok for 1 night prior to cruise. Easy to find and easy to access using PIN code. Beware no reception in evening and NO lift. Room smelt musty and damp. Breakfast very poor. Very expensive for what you get. If I’m ever in need of a night stay in Tenerife again between north airport and cruise terminal I won’t stay here again.”
