“Fantastic stay! The hotel is a stunning old house with loads of character and spotless rooms. The staff is lovely, and the location is as central as it gets. As is common with historic buildings, you can hear a little noise from other rooms, but it didn't take away from the experience. Highly recommend!”

“Based in a fabulous converted old house with an inner courtyard based in the centre of La Laguna within four minutes walk of the cathedral. We had originally booked Manila suite but, on reading reviews about noise (although apparently it has now been double glazed) and speaking with the property, we decided to upgrade to the Amaro Pargo suite, which was lovely and spacious and at the back of the property, with a large balcony overlooking the inner courtyard and beautiful glazed balcony……

“The staff were very nice. The bathrooms weren’t fully functioning (cold water, plugged drain, no inner shower curtain and outer curtain covered in mold). Towels were clean but noticeably old and tattered. On the fourth floor without elevator access so don’t plan on bringing any large bags. No hand towels. Overall clean.”

“Et nytt og fantastisk flott hotell, som åpnet i februar, og med meget serviceinnstilt personale. Hotellet er i kanariske stil med patio og balkonger. Og ikke forglemme det utrlolig flotte mosaikkbildet i taket. Det var bare enestående, og kan anbefales på det aller sterkeste.”

“La comida es horrorosa. Para ser un hotel de cuatro estrellas que no es nada barato podían gastarse un poquito más en la comunidad porque la comida es horrible. He estado dos días y las dos veces que fui a comer al en la plancha no había nadie de la cocina eh la carne dura la gente que estaba en el comedor un poco desagradable los camales y suelo ir muchas veces pero después de esta vez no vuelvo a ir”

“Personale var helt ok😊👍 Maden ikke særlig god Værelset var stort og pænt, men gulvet larmede (mere end almindelig knirken), og badevær kunne ikke luftes ud og det varme vand og vandtrykket var ustabilt.”
