“They did not have breakfast, they had cereal, bread for toast and some juice type drinks. The room was clean luckily but exterior (including doors to rooms) was in very poor condition. ”

“No indoor pool since new ownership took over.. That wasn’t clear in the listing. Kids were disappointed.”

“Nous sommes arrivés à 1h30 du matin. Quand nous sommes arrivés à notre chambre, tache sur le lit, il avait mis du plâtre sur le mur et la poignée du lavabo est à pleine de plâtre. Ce n’était pas la meilleure chambre qu’on a eu. je me croyais à Cuba à 2 étoiles. Ben là on va s’en aller.”

“We stayed 2 days and 2 nights. We had no television remote, therefore no entertainment, not even music for the entire stay. I even asked them to provide us with a tv remote after the first night, and explained the problems we were we were having getting anything on the tv to work without it. And still, even after promising to bring us another remote, they never came. Additionally, there was no exhaust fan in the restroom, nor was there a working smoke detector or fire alarm device in the room……

“Drug paraphernalia on the nightstand. Sheets have stains , sink and room not cleaned before checkin. Left this hotel mid-stay to go to another. Expedia nor the hotel refunded my stay even though I provided pictures”

“The air conditioner is very noisy, and in the early mornong, 4 AM, the train passes by in front of the window, making it very noisy. Thankful, the hotel provided a pair of earplugs. It was really no useful.”

“The bathroom was rusty and full of mold. The pool never had towels. Breakfast was good but property was dirty. ”

“No one at desk for 15 minutes. Toilet didn’t flush properly. Toilet was really dirty. Handle was broken. Walls were dirty. Elevator was really slow. ”
