“The air conditioner is very noisy, and in the early mornong, 4 AM, the train passes by in front of the window, making it very noisy. Thankful, the hotel provided a pair of earplugs. It was really no useful.”

“The room was not clean. There were food items under the beds and the couch. There was no shampoo or body wash. They handed me body wash with no top and filled an empty bottle of shampoo that wasn’t meant for shampoo. The outlet by the bed doesn’t work and is coming out of the wall. There is rarely a staff member available at the desk, and they don’t answer the phone number given.”

“I booked a downstairs handicap accessible room because I struggle with stairs. I got there and was told there was no bottom floor rooms or handicap accessible rooms. Will never stay there ever again. Very disappointed!”

“The water preasure and temperature were amazing! The bed was soft, pillows plush but that frame was loud! Haha. It's on the nicer end of what you'd expect from a truck stop motel of that price but it was one I'd go back to.”

“Desk person on the evening of the 2nd was not very helpful. We had to wait in the lobby over 20 minutes to get a room. Desk person said she was waiting to hear what room was clean. Once at our room, tried to get the TV to work; it turned on but we couldn’t get a picture. After 30 minutes of trying, attempted to call the front desk. Only static on the phone. No one answered. Went back to the front desk, same person there reported TVs were new and she couldn’t help. No one from maintenance to help……

“The room was spacious and comfortable. It's great that there's enough counter space in the bathroom. We liked that some of the furnitures are modular and reconfigurable to our liking. We also enjoyed the convenience of having the nice breakfast without having to leave the hotel.”

“Staff charged my card twice for a supposedly card on file. I understand for the card on file for damages, but twice? Then, the following day, they charged my card again for the room after booking it through Expedia. To make matters worse, there were cockroaches in the room. I advise you to stay at your own risk, as I will never return to that establishment and flag the double transaction you made at check-in. If you’re going to collect a deposit, a hold, or for the room, you should clearly……
