Although an older motel type property, the rooms have been completely remodeled with updates that make it a wonderful overnight stay. It is a small space, but perfect for a couple. Comfortable bed, great bathroom, and super clean.”

Top of nightstands much too high above bed (about 12"), so person in bed needs to reach far up and sharp corners of stands could injure a person that falls against them. Nightstand lamps too dim for application, and too high up, can't reach switch from bed. Awkward clothes hanger rack and ironing station stuck back in corner of room behind large chair, would be hard to……

“I’ve stayed here a few times over the years, so it’s not really that bad, the pool is never usable, the breakfast is a joke, the rooms are worn and the bathroom is especially worn out. Why do I stay there? Price, convenience and the staff. The place is right off the highway, quiet and safe feeling, the price is the best I could find for Kentucky Derby week, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I’ve paid a lot more for hotels that were far worse, it isn’t the Hilton, but the television works,……

“We stayed at April's cabin for a local mom's weekend getaway. The living room/kitchen is where we spent most of our time. There were throw blankets and a game cabinet with lots of fun options. It's a home away from home.The outdoor temperatures were abnormally frigid for the area, and we choose not to enjoy the amazing outdoor and garage game room amenities. The outdoor firepit was functional and would have been a wonderful place to chill under typical Henryville evenings; and the cute……

“The property upon arrival looks very impressive and beautiful but when entering the house many issues came up. The first thing that occurred was the inner storm door handle fell off immediately. Once inside it was clear that minimal cleaning had been done as the floors were not swept or mopped. The refrigerator had something spilled all over and dried to the shelves and had to be scrubbed to use it. The coffee station was well stocked but the machine did not function and we had to buy one for……

“This is a perfect place for 2 people for a visit in Madison, IN. Contactless check-in/check-out was seamless, the room was spotless, parking was available right in front of the building and close to all Madison has to offer. It is similar to a small studio apartment, meaning it does not have a separate bedroom, but is divided by the faux fireplace. One thing we would have liked in the kitchenette would have been a toaster. Other than that, it had what we needed(coffee, microwave, smaller……

“We travel with a pet, so you never know what to expect in a room, but our unit was clean with absolutely no odor from previous pets. There were a few repairs needed but minor things like patching ceiling post previous water damage. The only thing I missed was a hair dryer but would probably been given one had I bothered to ask. Beds were comfortable and price was very reasonable even with $25 pet fee. Would stay again.”
