“It was the perfect house in the perfect location. We truly enjoyed our stay, and everything about the house was exactly as described. Will do an again.”

“Great location and loved being so close to town. The hot tub was super clean and so relaxing. While the fireplaces are not usable, the home has a GREAT heating system that made the home so comfortable even when cold and/or rainy outside. Loved having one of the master suites on the ground floor so there were no stairs to climb. Only stairs necessary were two from the ground floor to the living/dining area. Only disappointment was that the greatest window to use to watch the ocean waves seems to……

“The property is set on a picturesque spot in SeaRanch. Beautiful ocean views. The home itself has lots of nice and unexpected touches (amazing water pressure, oyster knife, dog blankets). It also had a few cost reducing pieces that ranked it down a notch for me (one ply toilet paper and paper towels, super thin cloth towels). We did have an issue with wet towels upon arrival and the property management remedied it within the first 24 hours of our stay. The outdoor space was very useful and……

“This home is stunning and exceeded our expectations. Views are amazing from the home and the walk to the cliff is perhaps 2 minutes and the beach just a few minutes more. The area is serene and at most you see a few joggers or a couple other people hiking. The office was a perfect place to take a few morning calls before a lovely breakfast on the beach. We didn’t cook a full meal (we picked up chowder and crab sandwiches in Bodega Bay to bring up with us), but the kitchen was well appointed……

“Really enjoyed our time in Sea Ranch. It was a chilly, rainy weekend and we spent lots of time reading by the wood fireplace, reading on the couch, and cooking in the kitchen. The kitchen would benefit from a few more supplies - but ended up having everything we needed for the weekend.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this home - it was cozy, easy to find, and comfy for us and the dog. There were two small enclosed spots outside which was helpful for the dog, and the beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The kids and adults alike LOVED the retro Nintendo game console and we had a blast playing Technobowl, Kirby, Bubble Bobble together. A few small things to keep in mind: because of its proximity to Highway 1, there was some traffic noise in the mornings. The bottom floor was……

“overall quite nice. construction next door was minimal, BUT the closeness of the new structure really took away from the overall feel. i'm sure 5-6 established trees and a little time will soften this effect.”

“If you like the 70s then this may be the place. I do, so I enjoyed it. Some of the things are a little rundown but if the price is right then I recommend. Great view of the ocean. Hot tub situated under the trees. Kitchen a bit lacking in supplies but sufficient. Bedrooms nice, comfortable. There was no firewood supplied so pick some up on the way or in Gualala at the market. Watch out for ticks in the yard, they are abundant.”

“This was a perfect quiet place to spend the 4th. Loon Landing has everything you need to relax and enjoy Sea Ranch. Comfortable and homey. Loved all the little trails nearby.”

“What an amazing spot.. I couldn't believe that we could access such an incredible trail within footsteps of the house. Waterfalls, bluffs, magical bridges... Our kids were in love. More than enough space for all 4 of us, and a perfect sunset watching deck. Some of the amenities were lacking; specifically in the kitchen. No cooking oil, sugar, or pepper so be sure to come with some of your own staples if you plan to cook. Thank you!!!”

“We spent four nights in this great home. It's in a nice location on a very quiet cul-de-sac. Close to day hiking trails and Gualala for restaurants. Home was very well equiped - we cooked several meals without finding any missing household items. Hot tub works great...which is sometimes a rarity in rental homes. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Beautiful property! You have access to the trails right next to the ocean and it was the prettiest walk I’ve ever been on. The rooms are well designed with convenience in mind - remote control lighting, outlets, B&O portable speaker, etc etc. The staff are also super friendly and helpful.
