“just returned today, July 6, after a wonderful three-night stay with my sister. From the moment we booked, Wendy was an exceptional host. She was responsive, accommodating, and always answered my questions promptly. Upon arrival, parking was convenient, and check-in was seamless. As long as you follow the provided instructions, accessing the building is simple—the door unlocks after a brief five-second delay. The condo is located on the fourth floor, and when we walked in, it was exactly as……

Then two hours later they called me and said “we have you the wrong key to the wrong house” when we walk back to the check in they tell us because of they’re mistake they took all of our stuff in the rooms and moved it to the other room, then they also found our car keys and moved our car.
