"I love that these are dog-friendly suites with kitchens and the location is convenient. On Sunday and Monday at 730am, I was woken up by a city vehicle beeping repeatedly while backing up - maybe a street cleaner? I wished they had hot water electric kettle for avid tea drinkers. I super appreciated the optional gluten free bagels and lactose free yogurt! So thoughtful! Also the grassy areas for dogs to do their business. Water pressure was good and kitchen was fairly well stocked - I didn't think to look in the dishwasher! I wish the pool would open earlier and have adult only hours as we wanted to swim morning laps, but raucous kids made that impossible. The balconies in our 2 bedroom suite were lovely - note the bedrooms aren't equal if you're two friends splitting someone is getting a less amazing room! Fireplace was lovely. My friend seemed happy with the wifi. I think placing the dog sheets in the rooms booked with dogs or providing them at check in would be useful. The couch had some stains and the toilet seat was past is prime, but otherwise we were very comfortable. I would stay here again - ground floor next time for the dogs and my sanity!"

"This is a basic hotel with a killer view and access to all that Seaside has to offer. The staff went above and beyond to help me celebrate my birthday there. It's clean, affordable and safe. There were several families staying there. There isn't a pool or free breakfast but I would go back again."
