The kitchen, washing machine and gym were perfect for our needs. There is shopping and Starbucks nearby. My only suggestion is the lobby can use some updating. "The place it's dirty they don't change the sheets to wash them, we found many hairs on the beds and one of room the smell of cigarettes was too strong.
On the shower also found several hairs and dry soup., signal of not being washed. Etc i could keep going but end of the story i called to cancel but the owner didn't approve but i still left early in the morning i didn't get my money back nor my deposit. SCAM"
"The location is in walking distance to People’s square metro station. Our room has a great view to the Nanjing road walking street, the bund and the oriental pearl tower. There are many coffee shops, local food stores nearby. The room is quiet and spacious, and well maintained. The staff were very nice and helpful. Overall a great stay. "

The bedding was very comfortable, the room was kept spotlessly clean, and the indoor swimming pool was my favorite part of the hotel. The housekeeping staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive.
