“Property is very clean with comfortable bed and nice patio. Plenty of hot water in the shower. A few things that were significant negatives. 1- There is an upstairs unit and apparently no insulation between the floors. We could hear EVERYTHING that happened in the unit above us. The tenants above us were not rowdy at all, yet still the noise was significant. Due to this, I would not stay here again if I had to stay in the lower unit. Would suggest to the host that they have some insulation blown……

“The accomodations were great. Place is beautiful, nice deck overlooking the lake, nice dock area for fishing or swimming from, and had a fire pit we enjoyed for S’mores. I didn’t need to call manager, but he communicated via text I sent . The a/c made a noise when it came on. Might need to check on it. It was a wonderful Place to relax. We will definitely consider it again.”

“This house had breathtaking views. It was a beautiful house with enough space for everyone in our party to relax or snjoy our time together. The property manager was prompt in replies. The house could use some deep cleaning but smelled clean. Id definitely rent here again.”

“I booked this in August for our son’s wedding. We loved this place! You couldn’t ask for a more peaceful, lovely view. We had 11 people overnight and a few more visitors during the day of the wedding who arrived in town early and ate lunch with us. There was plenty of room for us all! Kitchen is well supplied with what I needed for cooking/baking what I had planned. The listing had shown 2 king size beds, and when we arrived, there was only one (perhaps one had been replaced recently), but all……

“My husband and I wanted a weekend getaway and this property did not disappoint! Beautiful, CLEAN, home with gorgeous view. Convenient to town with much to do! The host was easy to contact and quick to respond. Everything you would need was provided. They even left us a few snacks and some homemade cookies! We can’t wait to come back again!”

“The description does not say uou must climb rickety stairs and it says it was freshly remodeled and yet the tin ceiling near the fridge was coming down and the attempted to fixed the foundation by droping bags of cement in the harbor waters that it sits in. ”

“Our stay was fantastic. We were in town for our golf state tournament, which was being held at the RTJ - The Shoals. It wasn't a bad drive to the course or downtown Florence for meals. There was plenty of room for all the players and coaches, and we had a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay again and recommend it to others.”
