“Our stay happened to include the weekend. Saturday of our stay the carbon monoxide detector started alarming along with smoke detector. Contacted mgt Saturday morning and was told a maintenance ticket would be submitted. We checked out on Monday and was still not addressed by maintenance. This is very concerning as this could have potentially been a bad and unsafe situation ”

“This is absolutely not an accurate listing. Upon check in we were givin a dirty room with "white" stains on the office chair and the induction stove top fell apart when opening the drawer inderneath and pubic hair in the tub under our "clean" towels, and that was only our first 10 minutes of being there.the front desk only allowed us to change rooms once they went and veriefied the messes in the room which werent hard to find if they would actually inspect the rooms after cleaning. “We enjoyed the stay very much location was great. My son goes to Western Michigan University. It was just a few cleanliness issues that I would address around the toilets and the behind the seats there was old urine. baseboards were a little dirty but other than that everything else was great.”
