Cottonwood Inn and Conference Center

10/10 Excellent

"I travel at least 1 or 2 times a month. This was my first stay at the Cottonwood Inn and Suites. My first impression was “Wow” it’s a nice hotel, why haven’t I heard about it? I do every once in a while go to Trustpilot and read reviews on hotels. Anyways I was traveling late and made the reservation after midnight and was so tired from traveling I just wanted was to shower and get in bed. I went to check in and the woman at the front desk informed me that I would have to check out at 11 am and I looked at my watch and it was almost 2am. The woman at the desk told me that she would accommodate me and put me in as an early check in and I was so grateful to her. The little things are so important when it comes to customer service. She understood that I was exhausted and instead of making things hard for me she helped me just because. We need more people like that in this world. I will stay at this hotel every time I’m in town. I appreciate you who helped me in my stay. Randal the other front desk employee also helped when I had issues with a reservation. He was patient and kind and also made my experience memorable. Love it!"

New Victorian Inn & Suites in Sioux City, IA

10/10 Excellent

"Amazing to find a motel with 3 queen beds in the room. The room was clean, beds comfortable, close to the highway but far enough away to be quiet. There was a refridge and microwave in the room. Breakfast had a decent selection including waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal and more. Parking was easy and safe"
