"This is not a hotel it’s a shared apartment in the middle of an ugly neighborhood. When I got inside the toilet was so dirty the kitchens was full of trash and I was now stuck in a noisy apartment full of drunk college kids. Also, I paid $18 for a parking space and somebody was already parked there. "

"We came to visit my dad who lives in LA but decided to stay in Santa Monica to be near the beach. Natalie (the owner) is wonderful and the location can’t be beat. We travelled with our adult son and although it’s a pretty small place, it was a perfect little get away location that had enough room for all of us. We will be back!"
