I chose this motel due to it being close to the car rental agency I used and the bus stop for Greyhound. Sidewalks on Kingshighway would have helped but that is on the city of Cape Girardeau! :-}

The motel was attractive from the road and easily accessible. The facilities were clean and seemed to be in good condition. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was meager, yet decent.

Nice hotel for the money. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was basic, cereal, waffles, yogurt, toast and coffee. Location is a little remote. Would stay there again.

I am so frustrated that the last three hotels booked through Expedia and have advertised amenities that are not available. This Quality Inn had an outdoor pool, False. The pool was of course NOT OPEN and probably hasn’t been maintained for a long time. In terms of cleanliness, the interior of the hotel smelled musky and moist. Even the floors with carpet seemed a damp. Good Night

Bedding had big yellow stains and the shower mat looked very dirty. Door handle on refrigerator cabinet was falling off and screw holes in the drywall behind tv. The bed was comfortable.

Room was disgusting, someone’s underwear in the room, cigarettes butts and bags of trash just in the hallways, the place seems like it’s under construction with how dirty and unkept it is. Tried to double charge me for my room, I had booked with Expedia and without asking me, when I was checking into the hotel they ran Expedia’s virtual card and it declined thankfully, so you could end up being double charge if you stay here, they also initially refused to give me a full refund even though I spent less then 10 minutes on site once I seen the trash and underwear in my room. They only gave me a full refund after I just kept calling over and over. Do not stay here.

You get what you pay for, front desk clerks were nice. Rooms are dated , bathroom door had a rubber piece on it that you had to lift up on it to close the door. Sketchy characters in the parking lot all the time . Door was very difficult to close . i would not stay again

Good was ok. Things seem to be kept at the bare minimum. Breakfast did not match the online pics or expectations. Staff never smiled and do need training on how to treat customers in a service industry.

Our room was nice, loved the refrigerator with a separate freezer! The bed needs to be replaced - had a definite dip toward the middle. Toilet seat also needed to be tightened which we notified staff about.
