“It is what you pay for. We checked in very late and staff were very thoughtful and nice. It is okay place to stay for a budget travelers.”

“Lady nice checking us in but our credit card won’t work and needed a PIN number. A sheet of glass between us so used cash in the end. Very run down and old compared to others we had seen in our travels. Booked later at night and won’t do that again. Non smoking room but you could smell from years of smoke ”

“Ac was already on 66 degrees. Bathtub and shower were great and hot water was nice and hot very fast. Bed was super comfortable. Fridge, TV, microwave were great.”

“For the price, it wasn't great, but not bad. The room was a very nice size, but I did not find the king sized bed or pillows comfortable. I was excited about the idea of the jetted tub, but it has such a high step to get in it and the tub is so slippery that it felt like a safety hazard and I chose not to use it. Also, the elevator is super far from the lobby so if you can get a first floor room, you should.”

“We have always been greeted and treated very well by the desk personnel. They even remembered us from s previous stay.”

“The bathroom sink spout didn’t have a good stream of water. It took a long time for the hot water to get hot. The sink was constantly plugged up. It took a while for it to drain. There was times where it almost overflowed. The shower head did not have capabilities of being able to rotate (right/left or up/down). For the price I paid, FOR THREE NIGHTS, I’m requesting a partial reimbursement due to the issues that I had with the room.”

“Terrific find and high value for the price. Big rooms and facing the river. Entire staff was very nice and helpful. Traveling as a consultant I push any properties limits. Hands down, this property delivers flawlessly. Check it out. my wife and I loved it. We will be back! ,”

“I do not recommend this property. I can handle “run down”, but this hotel was far worse than that. Bedding was gross and stained. Carpet felt nasty to your feet. Everything was dirty. We spoke with an agent from Expedia for a refund and packed our clothes and left. Expedia should not post a hotel in this condition on its website. The pictures were totally misleading.”

“Breakfast was good and room was nice with a sitting room and bedroom”

“This is an older hotel so keep that in mind. It was very clean and did not have any bad smells. Some stuff could use updating. The front desk staff was simply amazing. We were greeted with a smile each time we came and went. The lady that checked us in upgraded us to a suite without us even mentioning it. She was the absolute best! Wish I could remember her name.”

“The room was clean and the staff was hospitable. The parking lot was difficult to find at first but otherwise very good place to stay.”
