"Staff was fantastic and the service was great. We also had a very comfortable stay. The only negatives were that the AC in our room did not work very well (It kept turning off in the middle of the night) and there was a wedding reception on the 2nd floor that was so loud that we could hear the music all night long on the 5th floor. There were 4 weddings while we were there, I think the DJ for that one just had the music way too loud, because we were not bothered on other nights. The property is beautiful and the restaurants are great. The gym is also very nice and the spa is top notch. We will stay here again. "

"We had a great experience. We purchased off buffet breakfast prior to getting there. The breakfast was great and had lots of variety. We also love the stuff. Everyone was friendly and accommodating. His shuttles in the front that go to the city and it’s free I would go back."

"We spent three nights here and it was perfect. The hotel is gorgeous, and the rooftop terrace—with its hot tub—was the pièce de résistance. The views of El Morro were absolutely incredible. Breakfast isn’t your standard, forgettable buffet; there’s a full menu with several options, and everything we tried was delicious. The woman who runs the hotel is incredibly sweet and provides outstanding service. Every morning after breakfast, we’d return to our room to find the bed made, fresh towels waiting, and everything tidied up. Would stay again in a heartbeat."
