“I had a double queen room, very roomy, plenty of room on both sides of each bed. The refrigerator in the room is badly placed in a cabinet that does not open or close properly. It was a constant argument to close the refrigerator door, and I never could close the cabinet door correctly once I opened it. The bathroom is generously sized and was very clean. The container of liquid soap was inconveniently far from the sink and fixed in place, which meant you dripped all over the counter every time……

“Staff here were very friendly and kind; our son was seen at Mayo Clinic and we were running late to do our check out but we called and asked if we could move it up to another hour and they were kind enough to say yes and that made this trip easier and stress free. Highly recommended!!”

“Shower is very accessible for people with inconvenience in moving. Also, the water tap is installed on the opposite side of the shower head made it extra accessible without having to stand under the shower head/water to turn it on/off - which is great details in desgin. ”

“The property was clean, the bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful. The room had such high humidity it was uncomfortable. The A/C only went to 68° perfect sleep temp is 65°. Sleeping was difficult and that's the whole reason for a hotel.”
