“Room was clean although small amount of mould in corners of shower tray, fan cover kept falling down, bathroom fan was very noisy. Didn’t eat in the restaurant as only 4star food hygiene rating (expected more from this type of hotel), we ate across the road at the Cosy Club which was great! “The hotel was beautiful, with the add Christmas feel. We stayed for one night, for a visit to Burghley House Christmas Market, it was perfect location. Dinner and breakfast was good, however a little expensive. The room was warm, cost and had all amenities needed. The only complaint, was the bed was a little hard.
