“Las primeras semanas de una estancia larga me dieron una habitación “normal”, muy cómoda, limpia y confortable. En el momento que el hotel tuvo un aforo elevado me cambiaron a una habitación antigua, con una moqueta que distaba mucho de “limpia” y una cama que no solo no es cómoda si no que te rompe la espalda. A mayores, pago un desayuno que me cobran a 18 €/día y un café cappucino no está incluido. Esta claro que están realizando una mala gestión por parte de alguien.”

“Lovely bedroom and bathroom. We were very warm and comfortable. Would suggest install a small handrail when going up the two steps into the bathroom would be a great help for the less able bodied. Really enjoyed being there and hope to return. ”

“I love staying at Wildes Chesterfield, the staff are fantastic and can’t do enough to make sure my stay is wonderful. I admire Liam, one of the managers, he works hard to ensure that everything is just as it should be and he remembers people and their needs. “Really nice looking property with easy parking. Food was excellent and location was out of the way quiet but still easy to get to. Some negatives was that the matteress was old and soft so you rolled toward the center and one of the receptionists had limited people skills. No conversation loke 'good morning, how was your stay.... anything and one of the advertised benefits of that roaring fire was not kept alight so any though of having a drink after dinner infront of it ..you can forget....

“I stayed there because I had to visit some customers really close. It seems like this place it's more for weddinds or other celebrations than for staying in. The service was not helpful at all. Breakfast it's included but there was a team of people just chatting and nobody came to explain what could I order. I had to go and ask and they were not kind at all. I won't definitely come back.”
