“We booked this hotel thinking it was the best hotel in Eilat. The facilities in the hotel itself are beautiful however the staff is very rude and not helpful the air condition did not work in most of the places we were and did not work efficiently in our rooms as well which was very hot over 40 degrees Celsius when we stayed.
