“The outside of the building wasnt terribly appealing but the rooms looked good and were clean. Breakfast was grab and go, with some bottled water, milk, yogurt and some muffins. There are plenty of restaurants within a couple minutes for breakfast. The 3 people I dealt with at the counter were all so nice and helpful. If you are looking for a no frills hotel this will fit the bill.”

“We were extremely disappointed in the restaurant. We saw now staff and several tables not cleaned off. A couple that were leaving told us the service was terrible and the food was not good. So, we went to the coffee shop. I hope the restaurant issues can be improved. We used to love going there!!!!! The hotel is wonderful, aside from that!!!”

“The hotel is new and clean. The first couple of days of our stay was ok, although our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The problem came during the weekend when there were loud parties and guests. The walls, ceilings and floors are paper thin. So you can hear everything, including the TVs, of all the rooms around you. We were on the third floor and the average noise from the parking lot was very noticeable. Also, there is a freight train that passes near the hotel every night and then at……

“A decent place to stay close to the base for family day and graduation. Pity the swimming pool wasn’t open for use because the GA spring afternoons are hot!”

Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable ”
