“The room was full of bugs. Earwigs, spiders and a centipede in the shower. Under the bed was a strange amount of dirt, dust clumps and bugs. One was a roach or some sort of beetle. The front desk is behind bulletproof glass and when I tried to show them the photos of the bugs I just photographed they walked away and would not talk to us. When I called Expedia the Expedia rep said they would call the hotel and email them.”
