“After researching TONS of rentals and hotels, we picked here and it was the best choice by far! I also looked at the other villas on the cove and we all agreed, this was the best one because of its position, and the indoor outdoor furnishings. “The manager was rude and abusive to us and to Expedia when trying to resolve a problem. The description is false - there is no ocean view. Would have been helpful to know we had to provide toilet paper, paper towels and dishsoap. “We booked this Villa and had to arrive late because our flight was delayed until the next day. We called to arrange the late check in and the owner ignored our calls and texts all day. When we finally arrived the guard wouldn’t let us in and said someone was already staying in the Villa. After hours of Hotels.com customer service trying to talk with the owner they finally spoke to the owner and he said we could check in the next morning. “The area was great, it was safe, the house was clean, it was easy to communicate with the owner and the house manager. My party was of 6 people and we fit comfortably in the space provided. The beds were very comfortable! We had hot water, upon arrival we were met by the house manager, drinks and water were provided which was very thoughtful. We had the all we need if we wanted to cook. Would definitely recommended and will definitely stay again.”
