Inside, the open-concept layout combines a spacious living room, modern stainless steel kitchen with double ovens, Keurig coffee maker, and a generous dining area. A powder room is also available on this level for added convenience.

Comfortable Bedrooms for All Guests
The second floor hosts three well-appointed bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The primary suite includes a king bed, cable TV, large closet, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. It opens onto a private porch with comfortable seating. The Flamingo Room features a queen bed and smart TV, sharing a hallway bath with a tub. The third bedroom offers a twin daybed with a trundle and a private bathroom with a shower, ideal for children or solo travelers.

Kid-Friendly & Extra Amenities
The ground floor is a family favorite, featuring a bunk room with two bunk beds and trundles, providing six beds in total, perfect for younger guests. The bunk room opens to a covered patio with an outdoor shower, and includes a foosball table for extra fun. This level also offers a small kitchenette equipped with a sink, coffee maker, glasses, beach towels, and games. A 5th bedroom with a queen bed and a shared full bathroom with a glass shower completes the floor.

Game Room and Beach Essentials
The garage doubles as a game room, fully stocked with a ping pong table, beach wagon, toys, chairs, gas grill, and more. Enjoy beach access just one block away with vehicle drive-on access, making it easy to bring everything you need for a full day of beachside fun.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fee is $50 per night, not to exceed $350, plus taxes. Fee for a 2nd dog is dependent upon breed, weight & approval.
